How do I schedule an appointment?

Just give us a call at 215.364.7112 or pre-book your appointment while you’re here!
Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! Salon treatments are the perfect gift. Feel free to stop by the salon to purchase a gift card in person.
We encourage recipients to use their gift cards within one year of purchase.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and gift cards.
Please note that there is a 3% service charge applied to all Credit Card (NOT Debit Card) purchases.
How does the tipping process work? What is normal?
Our prices do not include gratuity; although gratuity is optional, it is appreciated if the service meets or exceeds your expectations.
The industry standard is 15%-20% of your total service amount. We accept gratuity via Venmo or cash.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We do. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 24-hour notice.
Failing to cancel an appointment without adequate notice may result in a 50% charge for services that need to be paid before you can make another appointment.
Once in a calendar year – No worries, we know things come up.
Twice or more in a calendar year – 50% charge of services missed.
As a courtesy, we call to confirm your appointment the day before your scheduled appointment. Without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
Subsequently, clients on our waiting list miss out on a service. We thank you for your understanding and continued business with us.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
Please call us to notify us of any delays, and we will try our best to honor your appointment.
Note that our stylists work appointment-based and might have other clients scheduled after you.
